REGISTRATION

HALF MARATHON (Individual Entry): Register Now

HALF MARATHON (Team Entry): Register Now

• Teams of 4 runners each
• Each Team must register a Team name
• All team members must run and complete the half marathon race course to obtain a team time
• THIS IS NOT A RELAY
• Team results are calculated by the average time of all 4 individual runners
• Each team member will also receive their individual time
• If one or more team members are unable to participate or complete the race, then the remaining team members will run as individuals and only receive individual race results. No team time will be available.
• Team Captain completes one entry form for entire team

5Km RUN/WALK: Register Now

• Limit of 500 Participants
• 5Km will be chip timed
• Must be at least 12 years of age to register
• Jogging strollers are only to be allowed for the 5Km Run/Walk event to accommodate small children
• Only registered participants, with the exception of a child in a jogging stroller, are to be on the race course

• Drop off entry forms will only be accepted until April 24th at United Cycle
• Payment Option: CHEQUE ONLY (Payable to: Edmonton Police Foundation Half Marathon)
• Drop Off Entries will be updated on the online confirmation list each week

Post Race Meal - Additional Tickets
Additional Post Race Meal tickets can be purchased at $10/each.
Available when you register online or during race package pickup.
All ticket proceeds go to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton & Area.

Refund Policy  
All entries are non-refundable. NO Refunds or Rollovers will be offered for any reason.

Transfer of Entry To Another Person
Half-Marathon (Individual & Team entries) and 5Km participants will have the opportunity to transfer their entry to another person. The following will apply:

1. ONLY during Race Package Pick-Up (April 22nd - 24th, 2010) at United Cycle (7620 Gateway Blvd)
2. NO transfer of entries will be accepted on Race Day
3. Any unauthorized transfer of entries will be disqualified from the race
4. Both parties MUST fill out the Transfer of Entry form.
   
5. A $10 fee will be charged for each transfer of entry (Only cheque or cash will be accepted)
6. A change in shirt size will also be subject to a $10 fee, pending the availability of sizes
